Jack Baxter is an Economist and Policy Advisor at CCIQ. He is Queensland’s trusted voice for economic analysis, policy design and advocacy.
Jack’s experience stems from his successful studies across the fields of economics and financial markets. He holds a Bachelor of Business from James Cook University (Economics and Banking Finance) as well as other micro-credentials relevant to the Financial and Insurance Services sector.
During his studies, he worked as a qualified finance broker in North Queensland where he consulted with businesses across all Industries, where he experienced first-hand the struggles facing small businesses in Queensland, including battles with natural disaster events, cost burdens and policy compliance.
It is for this reason, backed with his extensive tertiary education that he now advocates firmly on behalf of all businesses in Queensland.
