6:30am Brothers Bundaberg Multiplex

Bundaberg And Districts Chamber Of Commerce have partnered with The Bundaberg Regional Council to bring you Hinkler Innovation Series, Breakfast at the Multiplex. Insightful discussions and a year end update on the Bundaberg Regions economy. The event will include key note presentation and panel led by Bernard Salt AM. 

Bernard Salt is widely regarded as one of Australia's leading social commentators by business and the media.

He is Managing Director of The Demographics Group and a former Partner in a global advisory firm. He writes two weekly columns for "The Australian" newspaper and is one of the most in-demand speakers on the corporate speaking circuit.

Bernard has published six popular best-selling books on demographics namely "The Big Shift" in 2001, "The Big Picture" in 2006, the quirky "Man Drought" in 2008, "The Big Tilt" in 2011, the engaging "Decent Obsessions" in 2013.

Bernard established The Demographics Group to deliver speaking, media and advisory services to business and government. The Group's tailored advisory reports, media stories and speaking engagements provide insight into consumer trends using census and other data sources.

In 2017 and again in 2018 Bernard Salt hosted a new television show called "The Next Five Years with Bernard Salt" on Sky News Business broadcast across Australia on Thursdays and rebroadcast Sunday mornings. In this 30-minute program Bernard asks guests and a panel of experts how key issues might be expected to impact the future. It's a TV show for business management and for anyone interested in the future.

Tom Quinn Ctr Now Offers Free Business Training

BUSINESSES owners and staff can get free accredited training through government-funded LINKS training at Booth College, Bundaberg. Courses include Retail, Business Admin, Hospitality, Horticulture, Barista, RSA, Construction White Card, Chemical Operation.

Eligibility: Anyone over 15, working or not, not receiving Centrelink income support and not holding a Certificate III qualification.
