Breakfast With Chamber April 2018 - FREE To Attend
6:45am for 7am Start at The Waves
Your Invitation to the Chambers April Breakfast
Bundaberg Chamber Of Commerce in partnership with the Australian Government Department of Jobs and Small Business are working together to help reduce the youth unemployment rate in our region.
Did you know that the region has one of the state’s worst youth unemployment rates coming in at 27%. Which is over 10% above the Queensland average.
As local business owners and leaders you can create opportunities for our local youth and be an active contributor to reducing this high unemployment rate.
Sandee Harris representing the Department of Jobs and Small Business will deliver an informative presentation about the Australian Government’s Youth Jobs PaTH (Prepare-Trial-Hire) program aimed to make it easier for businesses to find and recruit a young person. Sandee will also talk about what financial incentives are available to help your business hire and keep new employees.
Don’t’ take a back seat on this community and social issue. Book your seat and find out how your business can make a difference and help reduce the high youth unemployment rate in our region.
